Your subscription price at the time of purchase is locked in for the life of your subscription — it will never increase as long as you remain subscribed. If you cancel and resubscribe at a later date, the then-current price will apply.

Refunds

We offer refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy. Annual subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Saved Recipes

Recipes saved to your personal cookbook remain accessible as long as your account exists, regardless of whether those recipes remain on the active chart. Your saved cookbook is yours permanently.

User-Generated Content

When you submit reviews, ratings, or photos, you grant The Viral Cookbook a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, offensive, or in violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Viral Cookbook name, logo, platform design, and original recipe content are owned by The Viral Cookbook. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability
